RETURN STATEMENT
We take pride in ensuring your custom items meet your specifications. If there is an issue with the customization of your order due to an error on

our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly provide a free replacement.
We do NOT ACCEPT returns or offer refunds for customer errors such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color or providing an incorrect address.
