What products do you offer?

We specialize in:

ORDERING & PAYMENTS

How do I place a custom order?

All custom orders must be submitted through our Contact page with detailed information, including event date, quantity, theme, inspiration, and deadline. A quote will be provided once your request is reviewed.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your production date. Orders are not scheduled until the deposit is received.

Are deposits refundable?

Due to the custom nature of our products, deposits are non-refundable. Design time and materials are reserved specifically for your order.

When is final payment due?

Final payment must be received prior to pickup, delivery, or shipment. No items will be released without full payment.

DESIGN & APPROVAL

Will I receive a mockup?

Yes, when applicable. Mockups will be provided for approval before production begin

Can I make changes after approving my design?

Once final design approval is given and production has started, changes cannot be made. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted after approval.

TURN AROUND & RUSH ORDERS

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing orders 2–4 weeks in advance. Larger or detailed orders may require additional time.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an additional rush fee.

MONEY BOUQUETS

Are money bouquets made with real currency?

Yes. All money bouquets are created using real currency sourced and handled directly by Tolliver Touch LLC to ensure quality, crisp presentation, and accuracy.

Can I provide my own cash?

No. To maintain quality standards and ensure proper presentation, clients are not permitted to provide their own currency.

Are money bouquets available for shipping?

No. Money bouquets are available for local pickup or delivery only due to the inclusion of real currency.

Are money bouquets refundable?

Due to the handling of currency and the custom design process, money bouquets are final sale and non-refundable.

CUSTOM LIQUOR BOTTLES

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Clients must provide unopened, sealed bottles for customization. Tolliver Touch LLC does not sell or distribute alcohol.

Are the bottles safe to consume after customization?

Yes. All customization is decorative and applied externally. We do not open, alter, or modify the contents of any bottle.

Do you ship custom liquor bottles?

No. Custom liquor bottles are available for local pickup or delivery only. We do not ship alcohol.

Is age verification required?

Yes. Clients and authorized pickup contacts must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request valid identification at pickup or delivery.

SHIPPING (Eligible Items Only)

Shipping is available for select items only. Tolliver Touch LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages once items have been shipped.

Insurance is recommended when available.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

Clients are responsible for inspecting items at pickup or upon delivery. Once items leave our possession, Tolliver Touch LLC is not responsible for damage caused by transport, weather exposure, handling, or misuse.

BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS

We proudly serve schools, organizations, and corporate clients. Contact us directly for bulk pricing, procurement documentation, and custom proposals.

RETURN STATEMENT
We take pride in ensuring your custom items meet your specifications. If there is an issue with the customization of your order due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly provide a free replacement.
We do NOT ACCEPT returns or offer refunds for customer errors such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color or providing an incorrect address. *Please note that we are not responsible for the overall quality of the item itself, as this is dependent on then materials and manufacturing process chosen.
